All employees seem happy and care to do their jobs well. Patients are treated kindly and respectfully. Dr Beach listened patiently as I explained my recent cardiac events. He was intent on explaining two possible avenues to proceed. He recommended one and stated why and we are proceeding promptly as possible.
As always, everyone in his office was extremely pleasant and helpful. They are also punctual unlike many doctor offices. Dr Beach is really fantastic in his treatment of his patients and today went out of his way to get me scheduled for a yeast needed to clear me for pancreas surgery. I tried to get him to change his specialty to private practice so that my wife and I could begin using him ALL the time. He declined. I don't blame him.
I could not have had a better staff taking care of me. They all were so sweet, kind, thoughtful and caring. Ron and Dr. Beach were so kind and very knowledgeable about the situation I was there for. They all were very attentive to me. I would recommend them to anyone with vascular conditions. Great job team. You all rock.
Dr Beach and his staff, at the surgical center in Cumming, are very organized and explained every step of the procedure for which I was scheduled. They did this with kindness and compassion that relieved any anxiety I may have had. I highly recommend Dr Beach and his staff for anyone who has heart and vascular issues.
Very little time spent in the waiting room nor exam room. Dr. Beach and his nurse were very polite and addressed all of my concerns. Discussion was precise and a plan was put into place.
