I have been going to Middle Georgia Heart for a few years under the care of Dr Remington, who has retired. My insurance has been Blue Cross Blue Shield during that time and I was always covered . I made an appointment for 1/12/2024, went and was treated. This week I got a bill stating Mid Georgia Heart is not in network. I have had BCBS insurance most of my life and have never had this happen. I like Mid Georgia and would like to stay with them. But with zero coverage I have no choice but to find a new practice that accepts BCBS.
