My visit with Rebecca Lynn Puetz, PA at Piedmont Heart of Evans-Bldg.4 - was very thorough, informative, helpful and appreciated. She's very knowledgeable, kind and patient when going through my medical history and my issues. Offers alternative information and advice for solutions. The entire experience from check- in to nursing staff was pleasant.
My first visit with Dr Michael Holman, Cardiologist, went extremely well. He was informative and reviewed my recent hospitalization test results with me and gave me some suggestion towards my health needs! The staff was pleasant and check in was very easy. In all a good experience on that office visit!
Dr. Lane is a wonderful cardiologist and is able to explain in simple terms what problems exist and how to overcome them. She cares for her patients and spends a lot of time with each. Where the problem lies for me is in her time management. I waited over 2 hours from my appointment time before I was seen by her. The visit was productive but spending that amount of time waiting without explanation was unconscionable.
Office staff is courteous and always I am always seen close to my appointment time. Dr McNear is thorough and never makes the visit feel rushed. She answers all questions and explains all concerns, highly recommend the practice.
