I had a great experience with Regional Medical Group after my car accident. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The doctors truly listened to my concerns and provided excellent care that helped me recover faster than I expected. The office was always clean, appointments were easy to schedule, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Regional Medical Group to anyone in need of quality care after an accident.

Hi, Just wanted to drop in and give an update on my experience today with this company. This is honestly one company I can admit that has a switchboard operator that actually knows what she's doing and isn't just transferring people places because she doesn't feel like doing her job! I spoke with a Tennille this morning who had to listen to me be so frustrated about an issue I was having. She was so friendly and polite with me that I just felt so bad and eventually dropped the attitude. She assured me that my day would get better and then transferred me exactly to who I needed to speak with. Even after all the bickering I did. She remained friendly and calm. I appreciate it and just wanted to say I owe her an apology. Thank you Tennille for your help!

Diamond's customer service was exceptional. She called me every other day to help me schedule my appointment and was very patient with helping me work around my busy schedule. Even when I missed my appointment she called to check on me and helped me reschedule for a better time. Overall she was very sweet and patient definitely made my experience at regional medical group memorable.
