I walked into this office expecting to be at the location I was scheduled for. However, I was met with an unpleasant front desk woman who mistakenly confused me with another patient. As someone with experience in her field, she seemed uneasy and hostile, which was definitely a turn-off. Fortunately, my appointment was scheduled at the office behind hers, which was a much more pleasant experience.
They train medical students here which makes an office visit take a lot longer. They've been my primary care providers for 3 years, and after this last incident I can say that I'm not very happy with my level of care at this place. On top of this, billing doesn't have it together. I had to provide proof that I already paid my copay, and I was also presented a bill from 2 years ago and when I called they told me it was a refund that I never received. They never call me with lab results like they say I'm going elsewhere.
One of the best doctors I've seen. Very caring place. I highly recommend it.
