Georgia Clinic At Decatur

Ross is a great doctor but my issue is with the BILLING Department where I made an error and paid Ga Clinic instead of Ga Power! I've been trying to get a refund since June 30, 2025 with nothing but the run around and today is August 21, 2025! They've transferred me from number to number and from department to department....still WAITING!

I brought my son there at 10am his first visit. It took on e hour fir them to call him back then it took another hour and a half of waiting for the doctor once he got back there before deciding to just leave. It worse than the emergency room waiting. The doctor ( a black woman who was probably lying) said" Im your doctor and ill be in there in a minute" still waited forever and then left. This is the worst ive seen in doctors appointments of my entire life. I'm a disabled veteran and the VA emergency is 100 times better than this! What a joke and dismissive environment this doctors office is.

Doctor Ross and staff is very unprofessional on all levels. Scheduling, phone service, blood work, follow ups, response time per insurance approvals for clients.... If you have a critical family member, please bypass this Location. The team here does not care for their clients. Definitely giving billing concerns for insurance

I'll start with the positive. EVERYONE including Dr. Ross is incredibly nice. That is where it ends. Run do not walk to another doctors office, if you don't have an entire DAY to devote to an appointment. With the exception of one time I've been to the clinic every other time has been a nightmare of a wait time. I walked out of my last appointment after 3 hours of waiting and still hadn't been seen. Your appointment times do not matter because they are quite literally NEVER on time and you will be left in the waiting room for hours, and then another few hours once you finally get called. 0 out of 10

They don't even deserve one star.every time I go for my appointment it's 3-4 hours wait time. They never answer the phone when you ask to be connected to the office. When you are conned the staff hangs up on you or never return your calls. The prescription line voicemail is always full. Paperwork that you need filled out by the doctor never gets completed. You spend your whole day there no matter what you come to see Dr. Ross for. I was told my prescription Ms would be sent to my pharmacy and I have yet to get them refilled. Trying to call the office and nobody answers. You are better off sitting at n the emergency room.
