Dr. Ray and his wonderful assistant Shelby always go over and beyond. He is excellent in every way and very informed about senior health issues and problems with drugs. He takes the time needed to listen whether in person or an on-line appointment. We have always thought highly of dr ray and referred others to hm, but a recent health crisis and hospitalization have increased our thankfulness for his care and knowledge tremendously. .
I have been without a Dr. since my original primary care physician went VIP. I have finally found a great doctor! He takes time to ask about your health, your family background, and any issues you may have. Several people have recommended Dr. Ray to me and I hope that this review will become a recommendation for others.
I love Dr. Ray, granted I dont know too many doctors. But every physical, he takes the time and talks about everything not just "how is your health", includes stress level, type of work, any concerns. When i had an emergency his Nurse made an emergency appointment for the next day. When i asked if needed to see a chiropractor he was like phisssh, go to the gym do alot of stretches and only if its real serious then try the chiro. Most of all he takes time to explain what, how & why things happen, the root cause of any issues. I wonder if he's taking new patients though since he's super booked.
Dr. Ray is very personable as is his assistant but they are not responsive to messages. I will leave multiple voicemails and finally beg for a call back before receiving any response. If you need help or want a doctor that will call back, I hesitate to recommend this office.
Dr. Ray is wonderful with my 93 year old mother. Thorough, respectful, and caring. Thank for all you do.
