Worst doctors office, I've ever been to. Dysfunctional when you're the client, and the medical assistant talks about all her problems, don't want to hear your negative complaints, during my office visit. Dr. Mack's office, is now a battlefield front office
Dr.Mack was my father's doctor for many years. Mr. Benford really like him and trusted him as an MD. Just thought he'd contact the family when my dad passed. 2008
worst place and customer service ever...never had an issue before sending any of my kids to the doctor with the insurance information...told that he needed a card in hand even though Aetna has never sent a card and never had an issue without the card. Most of my doctors are in Buckhead and northern counties, but giving my people a chance, well i will never do that again. I made this appointment a month ago. now the day of it's an issue. From the front desk to the management an issue. i guess going out your way to please is a concept they have never heard of. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
