Hamilton Vascular Center

I do not leave many reviews, but I felt compelled by my experience at Hamilton Vascular Center. From the front desk check in to the nurse that called me back. They were very very professional. I saw Karyn NP. Throughout the visit Karyn took the time to address my questions. She explained everything so I really understood what was going on. Karyn suggested an ultrasound study and I was scheduled quickly. The ultrasound tech was Kim. I ask several questions and Kim patiently answered them and put me at ease. I had my results within 24 hours and a plan of my care was set in motion. Thank you Karyn and staff for taking great care of me!

If you have seen Suzanne or Rori, please get a second opinion. I saw both of them due to a suspected blood clot. Suzanne told me I was too young for it to be likely and sent me for a VERY quick ultrasound and then reccomended sclerotherapy (which could have killed me). Ultrasound produced no results, that is because the ultrasound tech did not even image area I was having pain. After that appointment, I called back and requested a second opinion. I saw Rori, who did not consider an ultrasound, even after i told her I to that the first ultrasound was not thorough. It is now 6 + months later and I am in the hospital with a chronic DVT that the dr said has been there for a while. At any time in the last 6+ months, this could have become a much more serious emergency. I will be seeking care elsewhere or at least from a different provider at this office in the future.

Has done a great job taking care of my mother. Dr. Dourron did great today with my mom's surgery.

Ari did such a wonderful job on treating my veins , she was very kind and patient .I'm very happy with the results. People in the front office were nice too I will highly recommend to go to this place .

Very thorough and they take time to talk to you and listen. Very friendly atmosphere and professional and clean.
