Cardiology Center of Dalton

My boyfriend has been going to this place for a while, Ahmed still has not disclosed what is happening to my boyfriend yet even after taking plenty of tests and having to wear a vest these past 6 months, then out of the blue says that my boyfriend needs surgery with a pacemaker and yesterday he changed it to an ICD... yet, he has not said what is wrong with my boyfriend. Rule number 1, you never play with your heart and rule number 2, do not play with your heart... Until we are told with what is wrong we will not take the surgery and will as well report this to our health insurance provider about the situation.

I was seeing Dr. Ahmad towards the end of my pregnancy for what are probably just temporary heart issues(palpitations, higher heart rate, etc) I was dealing with that have been more than likely due to my pregnancy. He was very nice and helpful. Was always able to get in and out of my appt's quickly as well. Staff was nice. Would recommend this place to others.

Front desk staff is VERY rude every time. Always has an attitude or acts like she doesn't know what we're talking about. Barely listens to what you say and then has a tone when repeating things back. Medical assistants and doctors there are very kind. Front desk lady could use some improvement.

I recommend this practice. Dr. Ahmad and staff have been very helpful. From start to finish of each appointment, I have had no problems. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful, Kylie was nice and very professional, and Dr. Ahmad was also courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. They have been flexible on appointment time changes to fit my schedule, and this is a doctor's office where I feel like I am valued as a patient. They are just all so nice!

Dr. Ahmad was nice. But I had some problems with my insurance so I reached out to the office to see if they could assist me. The office manager picked up my call and told me it wasn't her problem if my insurance didn't want to pay. She is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. It was uncalled for when I was just trying to ask some question to help me better understand the situation. I still don't know how they could successfully get a pre-approval from my insurance and be out of network all at the same time. I will never ever go to this office again. I will be finding a new cardiologist. If you can't assist you patients any better than that you don't deserve to be in business.
