I was struggling with a pericardial effusion. I do not know how his expertise extends to other conditions. With my specific condition he was of no help. If I could rate his practice as zero stars I would. He ran expensive unnecessary tests over and over. He charged me more than one thousand dollars, more than three months after our first encounter. He prescribed medicine after medicine that did not help at all and that were far beyond my ability to afford. I eventually turned to the Harbin Clinic in Rome, where I was prescribed high doses of Aspirin at the first visit. That has made the effusion totally manageable. For effusions I would recommend ANYONE else.
