My appointment was excellent (outside of the injury that brought me here)! I was seen very quickly and Dr. Ngo was very thorough in his examination. I was provided with great information and insight into my condition as well as a referral to a specialist. I highly recommend this location in the event you need urgent care services.
The entire staff from checking in to checking out was very professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ngo was very informative, professional and concerned about my hand injury. His knowledge and politeness made me felt comfortable to trust his treatment plan. I like the fact that he offered that I can contact the office if not better within 5 days. Dr. Ngo team reminds me of one team with one dream. He placed in a splint to secure the finger to aid in the healing process.
Quick, friendly service at the front desk. Very sweet CMA/nurse that triaged me. I was seen by Dr NGO. I've known him for many years when he was in family practice. He is kind, attentive & a very good physician. Overall, great urgent care experience. And I love that you can make appointments online ahead of time.
Every one was nice. Easy to get in. Small wait. Ended up sending us to the ER. Thought they could do a better job because of having an MRI. Could have done xrays and then sent us but didn't want to delay us. Was more concerned for patient care than being able to charge us more. Not always the case with anything medical now a days.
The staff was nice but all I asked for was a strep test. I was charged for multiple additional services. Because they make you give a credit card beforehand, they automatically charge your card and there is no way to know what the amount will be until it hits your account. I would not have gone back if I knew I was going to charged almost $250 for 5 minutes in the room and a strep test (after waiting 45 minutes to go back). They cannot tell you beforehand if your insurance will cover it, so you have to go in not knowing what the amount will be.
