Dr. Champion and his entire staff are awesome! They're responsible for me being alive today. Without them and their professionalism & knowledge, I would have not been here to leave this review. I am 53 years old. I have an inherited, heart disease called cardiomyopathy and I pray for a transplant surgery with a donor heart, in my near future.. I have been brought back to life, from death, I've been in a coma, had numerous heart attacks, open heart surgery, sepsis and I now have a LVAD, which is a mechanical heart pump and requires 24/7/365 electrical life support. Life is very difficult and challenging for me, nowadays. ONLY through the grace of God and Dr. Champion's expertise and his recommendations and referrals, along with the sincere dedication and services of the entire, expert staff at the Samsky Heart Failure Clinic & the Piedmont Heart Hospital in Atlanta, I am able to live longer, hopefully long enough to see my grand daughter grow. I have been Dr. Champion's patient for over 6 years and I truly love him and consider him as a part of my family and a very important person in my life. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. He really listens to and he cares about his patients. He truly goes above & beyond! Thank you and may God bless you, Dr. Champion!

Such a wonderful practice. The staff is helpful and very kind. They are very knowledgeable. Dr. Champion explains everything so you understand and he has a game plan on how you are going to work together to accomplish getting you healthier. I always leave feeling at ease and know what the expectations are and the goals ahead of me.

My mom had her first visit with Dr.Champion last month. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. He had looked over all her records from her inpatient stay and after examination came up with a plan for her treatment. She is already doing so much better and has managed to have some medications removed from her regimen. The office staff is very nice and has been a pleasure to work with.
