Heather (Dr. Berman's nurse) is amazing and goes above and beyond for their patients. She is not only caring, but truly helped my parents when they needed it most. Thank you Heather for an outstanding job. Also, I'm grateful for the care that Dr. Berman provides for my parents. I would highly recommend Dr. Berman if you are looking for a primary care doctor. May God bless you both for the care you provide for patients.

Can never get what I need in a timely manner. I need a antibiotic and called in this morning. Now it's the afternoon and still no response. I called my ob gyn office and they called in the med immediately. On top of that, I'm always getting a bill from this place. My insurance covers the appointments but they always find a way to charge me. Im gonna look for a new practice bc I shouldn't have to go to urgent care or a specialist to get what my PCP office should cover.

We have been very happy at Horizons Diagnostics for many years under the care of Dr. Lawrence Williams until he recently retired. Dr. Jessica Withey took over his practice and has been very biased about the medication that we have been on for many years. This is medication that you cannot just come off of as it can be dangerous. My husband tried to change doctors to Dr. Harvey Harris and was advised that he could not be seen by any doctor in this practice. Dr. Jessica Withey removed him from her care without warning and he didn't find out about it until he tried to change to Dr. Harris. He has been banned from the practice completely for no reason at all, other than simply asking about why she would not refill his medication through the nurse. He's only saw Dr. Withey one time and during that visit she never mentioned taking him off of his medication. I do not recommend Dr. Jessica Withey to anyone. If I could rate Dr. Lawrence Williams, I would give him 10 stars as he was a great and professional doctor that truly cared about his patients. If I could rate Dr. Withey, I would give her 0 stars as she is not concerned about the wellbeing of her patients.

Absolutely love Dr. Parker and Tameka at Horizons Diagnostics. Everyone who works there is so caring and thoughtful. They go out of their way for their patients.

I requested to have a hormone panel done because things were feeling off. They did the panel & I reviewed them in the mobile app and some of my hormones looked wayyy low and I was concerned. So, I messaged my doctor asking her thoughts in which I received messages back from a 'nurse' who kept telling me everything was fine -- as if I couldn't see the numbers myself in the app? Finally a different doctor called me and he also said 'everything appears fine' in which I literally had to verbally map out my values compared to the healthy range values to him. At that point, he said "Oh wow yeah that does seem like something is off". Why am I the one to look at my lab results? Why am I the one who has to figure this out? So he said he would call my doctor and ask for her guidance -- well this was about a week ago and I haven't heard back! Lol, save your time & go somewhere that actually cares about their patients. Luckily I am moving states next month and can find a better practice in a new state.
