Dr Alvarez has been very helpful & amazing. Helped me get the bloodwork & tests done needed to help figure out my symptoms & continue my care for my Hashimoto's & more. He's been kind & listens to my concerns. Takes care in looking at all aspects of my symptoms & multiple solutions to help me.

Very pleased with Dr Alvarez and his staff. Dr Alvarez thinks out loud and we discuss options and it creates an excellent enviroment. I trust him and will continue to seek his care.

The staff are friendly and upbeat and Dr Ricardo really looks over your results well. I've not had to have any prescriptions filled so far so I don't really know how that goes but i like the way they always seem to have a smile to share. Wait times happen so I'd say bring a book or searchword puzzle maybe share your smile and brighten another patients day too

Dr Alvarez is patient, extremely thorough, explains test results, even the ones that are not at the top of his priority concerns. He is also good about communicating with my other specialists when stuff overlaps. He and his staff are great about dealing with the VA (never an easy task). I am very glad I changed my provider to him.

Dr. Alvarez is a great endocrinologist with a wealth of knowledge. He is very attentive and thorough. He explains everything and answers all questions without giving the feeling of rushing. The only complaint is that you will never be seen at the actual time of your appointment but I attribute that to him never getting in a rush with patients. I will gladly wait a little longer for the attention that Dr. Alvarez gives his patients.
