Waiting area smelled terrible. It would be nice to be told there will be charges up front especially since I was referred by my dr so you already had all my insurance information. Moreover I spoke with the office personally to schedule the apt. Wasted my time.

When I went in the office I thought I was in the wrong place. The office looked close. The girl at the front desk keeps the glass window closed and there are no instructions on what to do when you get there. There should be a sign that says please knock on the glass window.
