Had appointment for 2 MRI's Check in was a breeze, they scanned all my documents, confirmed my appointment and procedure and sent me down to imaging and radiology Another check in, one more form needed to be completed. Tech came out and instructed I needed to change, gave me a gown and a bag for all personal items. I sat down and answered questions he and anesthesiologist had while port was installed. I explained how anxious I was having had two panic attacks in open MRI THEY ASSURED ME, they would be sure to make me comfortable I don't remember going in the room, I remember waking up in recovery Thanks for taking GREAT care of a 75 year old Veteran

I visited Piedmont Cartersville on a Sunday morning around 9:30am after experiencing severe abdominal pain for five days. From check-in to treatment, the process was extremely efficient. I was called back in less than five minutes, had vitals taken, blood drawn, and an IV started right away. My nurse introduced herself promptly, and Dr. Ferguson was in my room within ten minutes to evaluate me and order medication to help ease my pain. Throughout my visit, Dr. Ferguson returned several times to check on me and provide updates on my tests, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team worked seamlessly, and the care I received was outstanding. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend this hospital.

Was seen in labor and delivery and had a wonderful experience! I am actually planning on switching doctors so I can deliver here. I went in with stomach cramping and pain, had high blood pressure, and vision changes. While they got me in the system and got ready they gave me a room to lay down in. Much better than other hospitals that leave you in the lobby in pain or in active labor waiting for you to get checked in. The nurses discovered I was having frequent contractions and worked SO FAST to run tests and ensure that everything was okay. It was the fastest and yet somehow the best medical care I've received in years. They monitored me closely and checked on me very often. They addressed all of my questions and concerns and I felt very comfortable and heard. I would definitely recommend going here!!

I came into this hospital in May, not to my liking to let that be noted. I was having seizure like activity and my boyfriend's family had to get an ambulance. First red flag about this hospital is there's only one real doctor, and he's running around so often you get to see him for about 5-10 minutes if you're lucky. I will say the nurses I had were very kind to me, but one gave me a mixture of medicine (without asking me and didn't tell my parents what it was), i ended up having a horrible allergic reaction and my iv line got messed up and ached so badly. They still never told us what medicine it was. Then, after days of testing they decided to do a spinal tap, which they didn't numb me up enough for so I was crying in pain the whole time and everyone just blinked at me and said "it'll be over soon". I had to get three rounds of morphine after that because it felt like my head was going to explode, and the pain was so unbearable that I just wanted it to be over. I am not one to cry in front of people or admit how badly something hurts, so this was quite embarrassing for me and I had to pretend like it didn't affect me mentally. The things I had to do at this hospital have genuinely left me traumatized, and I start crying whenever I think of hospitals or ambulances. At my release the person who handles discharge was outside the door openly talking smack about my parents, and then the entire time she was speaking to them distain pooled out her mouth. When I was released we had to keep asking for my papers, and even then the papers didn't say half the information on there or detail the amount of pain I was in. They didn't have the multitude of things doctors said I had wrong with my brain or the way my body was built on the inside. It was a very hard process. If this wasn't enough, after all this they keep sending me bills that get higher and higher without explanation. Like one's that say I owe $500 to someone in South Carolina, and then send ones that say I need to pay $30k to them. I'm a student, who's jobless because of how much pain and how sick I started getting after visiting the hospital. Medical bills don't stop coming, and ones I can't afford and my parents can't because my mother is disabled and has to get treatment monthly for an incurable disease. They won't send over my hospital files to my doctors, they sent a neuro stat to someone who doesn't even practice anymore so I need to find it on my own (can't without the information being shared), and I feel totally defeated. I'm giving this place two stars simply because the nurses who saw me were so kind, and one even came back to me when I was in pain with a prayer book and prayed over me. However, I would never again come back here. Even my insurance said to not come here or pay them a dime.

Probably the worst customer experience I've experienced. Not sure how they exist as a hospital. Just absolutely awful. I'm sure the employees are just trying to do the best they can, but the attitudes and approach is less than to can be desired. Going to Canton going forward. What a mess.
