Love Dr. ROUSE. HIS STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND IS LACKING. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for test results and other Information. When I'm in office and need to make an follow up appointment. I get the excuse I have to be put on a waiting list for an appointment. Has happen twice this year. I have been an patient for 3 years and never have been treated like this until this year. I really hate to find another Doctor. Sad thing is I know 5 other patients who is having the same issue. Dr. Rouse I pray your staff will do better. You are an amazing Doctor .

Dr. Rouse has over the years taken care of my Dad and my Mother in Law. I have always been impressed with his professionalism and level of care both in the office and in the hospital. Recently I had the opportunity to take my Mother in Law to a luncheon he puts on for his 90+ year old patients. Such an event is well outside the bounds of what you expect from a physician, but it shows the level of commitment and concern he has for his patients. I can't imagine using anyone else for heart care unless a level of specialization was needed that he couldn't provide.

DR. C ROUSE IS A GREAT DR. THE office staff is not, still waiting on a return call from 4 weeks ago . A ER FOLLOW up. Even called Ann in Billing still on call ,still waiting

Dr. Rouse and his entire team have done an amazing job identifying and treating me. I was ready to give up seeking a doctor to listen. Not only did Dr. Rouse listen, he followed through until the issue was identified and his treatment plan was excellent. I feel like they gave me my life back. No pain, I can breath far better. I thank god I found Dr. Rouse after many cardiologists dismissed me citing "it's probably anxiety, stress, etc." Thank you Dr. Rouse!!!

With a patient they had an appointment today sat in the waiting room to be called back over 45 minutes. If you have stuff do after your appointment you might as well cancel it. The wait times are criminally bad
