I was a new patient and went in to see Dr. Andrews for an annual physical exam. As she was examining me she heard a noise in my knee and proceeded to say what it was. Well I did not hear or make out what she was saying, so I said what 2-3 times. She then said don't worry about it. I then asked was it something I needed to be concerned with. She said no, but the fact that she made that comment it was not only unprofessional but dismissive. I later told her about a bump under my breast and proceeded to tell her I had an appointment with another doctor to discuss as well. So, she made the decision not to even examine it. Considering I was there for a physical exam, I figured she would and should have still examined it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to see this doctor. I'd rather go to a free clinic and wait all day to be seen rather then to see this doctor again. As a patient I rely on the doctor to educate me on whatever occurred during my appointment and to answer any questions I have and unfortunately that's not what took place.

I love the Medical Park location because the service is consistently excellent! I have been getting my annual physical and other examinations, there, for over a decade and without fail, the staff is warm, professional, thorough, and I'm deeply appreciative. The tone and energy is set by Dr. Andrews and I am grateful to be a patient and customer of Piedmont Physicians at the Medical Park location in Austell.

I had a thorough physical examination with Dr. Andrews. She was kind, attentive, and responsive to questions. She recommended age related preventative interventions and discussed diet/weight/stress management. I have been a patient of her for about 7 years.

Dr. Andrews and her team are very courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They listen and answers all of my questions and/or concerns. Great team!!
