Imagine being placed on a heart monitor and following the Dr's orders but never given the results. That was in 2019. The same year he prescribed BP medicine and filled it without a follow up visit for 2 years. Now, 1 year later, after he cancelled my scheduled appointment to renew the RX, he refuses to even answer a request for an emergency 30 day RX due to me being out of state for a month. Dr. Smith would rather jeopardize his patients health than to perhaps save it. What a joke. A cardiologist who has no heart and barely treats them with care.

His current staff are always pleasant to me. Dr. Harris has been my heart doctor for at least 6 years. He listens carefully to my complaints. He has done several procedures on me and always explain the results of the tests. He never rushes me. He answers all of my questions. I think I have excellent care.

My mother was referred to this practice by her primary care doctor and trusted that he would be someone who would help her. She had to wait one hour to be taken back to the patient room, and when Dr. Smith finally did come back to see her, after 30 additional minutes, he was very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Smith began the appointment by forcibly telling her that she needed to have a procedure done. Dr. Smith ignored my mother's explanation of her symptoms and kept pressing her for the procedure and eventually began to yell at her. After being with him for over 20 mins and having never address any of her concerns, nor examining her, she left and will not return. My mother feels that this was a waste of her time and money, and will not return to Dr. Smith's care because it is clear that his interests was not for her health.

This doctor is very disrespectful and very rude. Upon entering the examine room he chastised me for always being early for my appointments. He talks down to you as if you do as I say or leave. He is a waste of time. Always wanting to do procedures and wear a halter monitor which is a waste of time by my standards. You continue to have cardiac issues, and nothing was being done professionally. Take a second thought about seeing him.
