Today I called the doctor's office to make an appointment for my 65yr old uncle. Unfortunately the lady that answered the phone was extremely RUDE . She asked me about my uncle's ailment. I informed her that the pain was in the lower left hip. She yelled that the doctor stopped prescribing medicine because of patient abuse for addiction. She insisted that we were lying. I couldn't believe somebody would talk to a new patient in this manner. After ten minutes of back and forth, she eventually accepted to make an appointment but we declined. Run AWAY from these unprofessional and judgmental office.

Horrible service, I selected Dr. Syed as my provider, and never got the chance to meet with him because his staff was so rude. The young man who answers the phone whispers, placed me on hold then hung up. I called back and I asked him to repeat his name because I couldn't hear him, and he hung up. Since My office was down the street I thought I would stop in to schedule an appointment. As soon as I walked through the door I knew the place wasn't the location I need to visit for my heath needs. find a patient centered office to provide your medical needs.
