My appointment was at 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:30pm as suggested. At 3:35pm, I was called in to begin my procedure. At 3:55pm, my procedure was completed. I was checked out and in my car by 4:00pm and heading home. The staff was professional, efficient, friendly, and timely.
The entire staff of the office was warm, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was smiling And seemed to enjoy their jobs. Dr. Schneider was very pleasant and never made me feel rushed. All in all, it was a great experience for a first time visit.
Young front staff on auto pilot. Medical Assistants eventually warmed up and performed although working with elderly they could slow down and empathize . Doctor explained everything and took his time with mom.
My health continues to improve and I owe it to the medical interactions with my doctor, Mark Schneider. Mark's knowledge and genuine care goes way beyond any of my expectations.
