Cesar Cestero

My husband was in the emergency room at Northside Hospital and they recommended Dr. Cesar Cestero to us. We called him to make an appointment and his secretary was so rude and impolite. First she said that there was some problem with the system and then when I asked her to give me time to give her my husband's insurance information, she said that she didn't have time and hung up on me. She called again and they hung up on us again!! We are definitely looking for another doctor and I will try to speak with the doctor who recommended us so that no one can go because it is an abuse to treat people who need to be treated like that!!

Dr Cesar Cestero is an exceptional doctor who cares deeply about his patients. He is very knowledgeable and actually listens to his patients.

I had my Mom transfered to Doctor Cestero and his nurse Ruby after he was recommended to us when she was at Northside Hospital with possible Ovarian Cancer. Since then it has been a series of dropped balls by his office from prescription medication renewals, no callbacks, and finally when I called in to make an appointment to see him there was a $50 no show fee they wanted to charge us because their computed showed we missed an appointment. The thing is... we had attended 100% of all the appointments we made in the last year. I tried to talk through with the lady on the phone about this and she maintained that their system was correct. I'm finding another doctor for my Mom. God help anyone who goes to this place as a senior citizen. They are being taken advantage of.

Great guy. He listens & does his best to ensure that I'm well. I'd recommend him to anybody.

Very patient, pleasant and thorough. Five Stars for him and his staff. Front office staff, not so much.
