Overall this is a good place for me and my son. My main complaint would be the wait time that happens but you can only do so much about that. I have always had good experiences with the people who work here. Dr. Pimentel is fantastic, as well as Dr. Brenner who I've been using for many years now. Today I would like to give a shout out to Ms. K the phlebotomist on the kids floor. She was so great with my son and now according to him- she is the only one that can do that for him from now on. :) Thank you Ms. K!

Incompetent! On hold for an hour, got both parents on the line asked for a simple antibiotic for common toddler cold. Never heard back from the nurse! A week earlier took him in and they gave him a flu shot, did nothing. Why didn't they just write a prescription for the toddler? Amoxicillin was our request which has been around for ages! Two days later all red tape again. Same song and dance! Never got a call! He has been suffering with this cold for 2 weeks. They could care less!

This is a brand new addition to the Lindberg Womans and Children Clinic part of Grady Health System. Offering primary care doctor visits, pediatrics, OBGYN, Ophthalmologist, X-rays and Lab on site referral to multiple specialties.

My family and I have been coming for years, and frankly it's just declined. I understand this facility is very needed especially for the lower earning community but there's no need for the receiving worst service either. A doctor here once disregarded my test results and once I went to a specialist in another office they informed me that I was never treated here for what the test result concluded. In another occasion frankly everyone just always seems to be in a bad mood, I understand it's a heavy flow of patients and understaffed but the patients didn't do anything to deserve less than humane service. I'll then get told a procedure or prescriptions that take maximum take 10-15 minutes now take hours. I'm not the one making up the time estimations, that's only what I'm told by actual staff. Very demeaning having to come here

The financial aid ladies are very despotic and are never willing to help, I have seen at least 4 or 5 different ladies and they treat you as if we were stupid that we do not understand, they demand ridiculous things when everything necessary is in sight, try bad things to people makes them raise their poor inferiority complex. At the main hospital, they are very kind and do not look for excuses to deny something as important as medical care. At registration, Itzel is very rude, bad manners, passive aggressive like Angelica, The nurses, X-ray, the girls at the pharmacy are very cordial and kind, Tamika the lady who draws blood is wonderful. Dr. XuexinTang is 100% recommendable, he is amazing, he cares about his patients, like Dr. Victoria La Shelle Green, they really think about the health of their patients. Those who work with them are very helpful. The place is nice and always clean.
