Came in three months ago, paying out of pocket. They said I needed to pay before I could be checked in, I don't have insurance, understandable. I paid, they nurse and doctor were great, very nice. Paid for the e-ray that I needed and went home. Few weeks later I received a bill, I called and I was told they entered a wrong code so there is a balance and I needed to pay. After speaking to some and see if their was anything they can do since they are the ones that entered a wrong code, the lady i spoke to said she would call me after she spoke to someone who could few days later she called and said they couldn't do anything, and that was it, I said I would pay it in a few weeks. I paid it online through wellstars third party system, the bill was higher than what they told me and sent on the bill, I asked why, they said I needed to pay, okay I paid. After I paid, i'am still receiving notices saying that I still owe the same amount, I called and the gentleman who answered was not helpful, and not friendly. I explained what happened and he said something was wrong with the system it will be corrected. I asked the gentleman if he or someone from the hospital could call me and let me know it was corrected, he rudely replied no I need to check my chart in a week, okay that was it hang up. Few weeks and months i'am still receiving a bill that I paid for could someone who can help please call or message me. I don't understand why I'm being taken advantage of, I paid for all the service and wellstar wants to over charge me. I don't want to pay for something I already paid for twice.

I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience at your MRI facility. The technician, Brittany, seemed inexperienced with drawing blood and displayed poor bedside manner. It made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. I believe some additional training in patient care and professionalism would greatly improve the quality of service.
