Such a nice-looking facility but has so many problems. What a shame! The good parts: - You get to gaze at the pretty fish tank or get your office work done while waiting for your name to be called. - You get caring medical assistants who genuinely care about what your medical conditions are and are willing to provide thoughtful recommendations. - You also get patient lab assistants like Lauren who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Now over to the bad, worse and the worst: Front office are friendly in-person but only sometimes over the phone. They certainly aren't while moving appointments last-minute with no explanation. Medical staff (doctors, nurses, assistants, trainees) are a hit or a miss. Either they assist you with all your questions and/or offer recommendations & suggestions on existing ailments or they redirect you to the portal. Ah, the portal that no one looks at. Messages don't get responded to at all. Results get published with a huge delay. Wanna know where else the delay is? - At the hospital during every.single.appointment. It doesn't matter if you've pre-booked your appointment slot months ago or fill out the check-in forms online, you can't escape the wait. If you're lucky, you'd probably wait only for 45 minutes. And funnily on their mostly automated contact number too. It takes 5-6 tries to get a human (from the front office) to pick up the phone call but once they do, you're put on endless hold for no reason. If they remember to come back after the hold which does happen once or maybe twice, they still have no updates on blood work, results or any message responses from the medical staff. A huge disconnect between the medical & front office staff literally in all matters. They have a really long way to go to get to anything resembling a decent provider.

Went in for a routine, scheduled bone-density scan. While there, I asked if I could get the COVID vaccine and the flu vaccine. PA Oliver Heinle and his staff were happy to accommodate this request on the spot, and I was out the door minutes later, fully protected from these two diseases. I'm VERY pleased they took my concerns as seriously as I did and acted so promptly; they could have just as easily required me to schedule a visit for some future date, and I would have cheerfully acquiesced. But the positive manner in which they accommodated me was so much more "above-and-beyond" than their other options, and I'm very grateful.

The staff at SEMG and Dr. Swati are terrific! They provide excellent service and are friendly and efficient. Dr. Swati is up to date on current science and nutrition and always suggests ways to improve my health that isn't just "throwing a pill at it". She takes as much time as need to understand my needs and provides care tailored to my situation and desires (such as alternative therapy other than medicine). My parents and husband also go to Swati and Dr. Shack and have had great experiences. Dr. Shack's nurse Rachele is incredible and treats my elderly parents like they are her own family. Dr. Shack spends as much time with my parents as needed in some cases he spent over 2 hours. Just wonderful care! They are wonderful and I highly recommend this practice.

place is god awful. messages to the providers barely get responded to. I have a message out right now still pending after a week and it is radio silence. the wait for the dr to come in is around 30-45 min. an office visits just for a prescription change or renewal is $350 !!!! Really? if you have labs, forget it. 3-4 months for labs for your physical to even come in and then they just get posted with no one even reviewing them or letting you know where you stand. they don't see kids as walk ins, not even on weekends, maybe only f there is someone there "that sees kids". dumbest thing I ever heard. I have been coming here for a long time but I can no longer abuse myself like this. good riddance.

I bring my elderly mother who has moderate dementia for her primary care to see Family Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Kamrass who is wonderful. In fact the whole staff is. From the moment we walk in the door to the time we check out everyone is pleasant and helpful. It's a great comfort to me. Thank you.
