I met Dr Cherian while I was admitted into Northside Forsyth, his professionalism is bar none. He considers and listens to his patients concerns and helps to clarify answers until the patient thoroughly understands. Which ai appreciate, since anything heart related for the common person can be complicated. I've continued to be his patient for the last few years and working jointly with the heart failure clinic has been a great relationship. He monitors my progress and presents plans as well as options to help improve the heart's functionality instead of making you do procedures that aren't needed. He's willing to try new meds to help regulate my heart conditions and has been quick to pivot when something isn't working well. I've enjoyed working with his entire office and his team is the best in the area!
I was a first time patient, I arrived an hour ahead due to the fact I had an appointment above at the imaging center. My appointment was at 4:15 PM as I was sitting in the waiting room. Many people were called after 415 people walked in at 4:35 and almost called to the back immediately I then was asked by a clerk if I was waiting for anyone, I told her I have yet to be called to be seen. She then replied your next and then I heard her tell the other employee that she needed to send in my file. That was quite disappointing as I seen the doctor. He was very quick at what he had to say. I know it was closing time, but I felt that it was just all rushed. I got called in the back at 4:55pm and left the office at 5:15pm. Very rushed for a first time visit.
Staff all very professional. Dr Cherian is thorough in his explanations, never rushed. I highly recommend this practice.
