Not so good doctors and very expensive. I paid 240 euros yo see the doctor and she said nothing. And told me if I would have pain to ho to urgence. It's horrible

Hello Team I visited for my husband's first cardiology appointment , on 11 December 2024 with Dr Banayan which went great. However I faced really horrible experience with the lady at reception at 1st floor, cardiology department at 9 rue de turin. This lady constantly kept making faces and mocked me and my husband. She was laughing at us. Yes we couldn't speak french that is unfortunate but that does not allow you to make fun of a pregnant lady. She made impossible for us to stand there and even refused to read translated questions on my phone. She even painfully removed the attachment of ECG from my husband's chest even though ECG was performed by someone else. I request authorities to take action against her as making fun of pregnant person should count as inhumane behaviour and her actions are dangerous for future patients visiting your place. I have no complaint against doctor but that receptionist needs to be escalated as this is the first time I have faced such traumatic experience at a place while being pregnant.

The employees are always available and ready to help you in a very friendly athmosphere. Doctors are extremely competent and have all material needed to take care of you. Very satisfy especially with Doctor J. Banayan.
