New Life Heart Care

I accompanied my best friend's 86-year-old father to a lengthy stress test appointment on 11/21. The staff of New Life Heart Care demonstrated great care and compassion, as this sweet older gentleman needed a good deal of extra aid, as he wears a prosthetic leg. Therefore, he needed assistance with all that is required regarding navigating the various equipment and stress tests. Ray, Giana, Danelis, and Jenny were tremendous, and Jenny helped twice when restroom trips were necessary with such a lengthy appointment. We were beyond grateful for the clear desire to help, as Jenny did not hesitate to volunteer, as she could see that help would be needed. A heartfelt "Thank you!" doesn't say enough. We so appreciate all of the kindness and patient care provided by the compassionate staff of New Life Heart Care.

This is the best Customer Care and Health Care service I have experienced. The staff is fantastic and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Sunil Kapoor is a great cardiologist who I am blessed to have.

Terrible office cancels appointments after you already showed up old dirty office doctor is rude and doesn't care about helping just your money

Poor customer service, lack of empathy, condescending, snooty and snarky, better than thou attitude. I would rather stroke out than go here again.
