Siva Bhashyam

Dr. Siva Bhashyam is very caring and professional. My husband was hospitalized due to heart and HTN issues. I was able to meet him and after speaking with him I felt comfortable with leaving my husband in his care. My husband was hospitalized due to heart and HTN issues. He had to have multiple scans and procedures done, and the Dr. answered the questions and concerns we had. Dr Bhashyam provided excellent care for my husband before and after his medical procedure. My husband is now a patient of Dr. Bhashyam and I feel confident that he will continue to provide excellent care for my husband.

I had a stent placed in the hospital by this doctor. Never saw him the next day or anytime after while I was recovering in the hospital. Went for follow up visit and was unable to fill out my form because I forgot my reading glasses. I asked the receptionist if she would help? With a lollipop stuck in her mouth she mumbled that she couldn't help and I needed to write down all my medicine too. I asked her if she had a copy of my medicine and she rudely said she did but she couldn't use it. I needed to write them down myself or they couldn't see me, while continuing to suck on her lollipop. I left without ever seeing the doctor. I have never gone to an office with such a rude and unprofessional front desk!!

Horrible customer service very rude and nasty. Thank god I didn't get the chance to go there for my FIRST visit!! I called in to confirm my appointment which is in a few days when requesting to verify if another day was available without canceling , the receptionist put me on hold then came back to the line and told me that they couldn't see me and that I had to go look for another cardiologist because I had cancel my appointment previously and threatened me that I was lucky they didn't charge me a $30 cancellation fee .. which when I did canceled I called in advance. I was in shock to the way I was treated i did let her know if you treat your patients by phone like this I could imagine when going for the visit!! I will be looking for a cardiologist office that will treat me with respect and care for my health!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS CARDIOLOGIST OFFICE TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!! No wonder why they have a 3 STARS RATING!!!
