They have decided to put my phone number in the text message they are sending to their patients. They refuse to answer the phone so I can get this corrected. I have received 50+ texts and calls from people thinking they are calling this office. This is a huge HIPPA violation on their part because people are texting me all their personal info and about their medications and equipment. I suggest someone get in touch with me ASAP before you have a lawsuit

This isabsolutely the worst doctor and staff I've ever worked with. No one will answer the phone, you can't get prescriptions called in, my file is always filled with inaccurate information and Dr Rahim is like dealing with a dead fish. Zero personality or bedside manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

Egregious disconnects within office which make effective communications among staff impossible which hurts patients. Requests from patients to admin staff do not get communicated to doctor or tech staff. Calls to call center not answered. Calls disconnected by call center staff. Urgent requests for information confirmed then denied for no reason. Office and clinical protocols not explained to patients. Doctor and clinical staff appear clueless to office problems, thereby causing them to fester unaddressed.

My wife tried several times to secure an appointment. Been calling for ywo days. With a possible life threatening condition she needs this appointment. They never answer the calls. No wonder the reviews are terrible in regards to this place. We need to call up the referring primary doctor to possibly find someone else.

This place and doctor is horrible. If you call the office, you can not speak to anyone at all. The doctor rushes into the room, and he barely looks at you i don't even think he looked at my face. Listens to my lungs, looks at my chart, recommends something and then he is gone. Shitty place, they need to close him down.
