In my 40 + years in the medical industry, I have never seen an office so friendly, polite, extremely organized and efficient. My husband was seen the next day and had testing the following day. We arrived 15 minutes early for each appointment and were seen right away! Kiddos to Amanda their PA for her awesome bedside manner and compassion to listen to ALL of our concerns. I would highly recommend this practice for your cardiology needs.
My grandmother waited 2 hours for this doctor. She went out to check to see if the dr was there they lied and said he was there, but then we're whispering to each other so she questioned it and offered her times to come back but this is the 2nd time the dr made her wait and then left without notifying patients with confirmed appointments. The staff later told her that he didn't tell them he left and found out from his wife.... We will be finding a reliable doctor!

The wait times are terrible , my appointment was for 12:45pm they called me to the back placed me in a room. I've been waiting for nearly an hour currently it being 1:40pm and still have not been seen. No one has come in to check on me either. Great customer service offered here..... oh to make it more comical I came here for results from a previous appointment. I find it ridiculous that I had to wait over an hour just for results that could of been emailed or told to me over the phone.
The 3 stars are for the office. The office people were great faxing paperwork over for husband to fill out after getting out of the hospital last week. Arrived 15 mins early for a 1:30pm appt they were happy paperwork done. There were 4 people ahead of husband, he went up at 2pm was told another 15 mins at 250pm finally called back. Blood pressure high, EKG done (still waiting 15 mins later), not good for someone with high blood pressure. If you double book or are behind just tell the patients. Problem is at least 90 mins prior to appt they were calling to confirm appt again. If that far behind say can you come in a little later. I know you get charged if you don't show up, however maybe this appt should be free for him as he has been here for 2 hrs. Had to walk out very unprofessional.
