Professional! I love my doctor (Mary) she is very patient. She observes me every time I have been to her. She goes Above and Beyond, and for that I am grateful. The supporting medical staff she has are wonderful and caring. Helen is one of her nurse's and a remarkable one at that. , Helen takes her time, she is thorough, greets you with a smile and how are you today . She stays with me until the tears stop. She's there to laugh with me too. Love her. I have nothing but words of praise for this Dr. Office.

I am a 30 year retired service member and moved to Winter Haven. I have debilitating injury to my back that is Service connected I went to Doctor Ranon after injuring it further due to my move. To the point I can barely walk. Doctor Ranon tried to prescribe me extra pain medication because I was using it up more frequently due to the 10 pain level I was experiencing. What happened was the insurance company would not percribe more. Doctor Ranon has no power to say i know this is the regular medication, but due to the further injury he should perscribe more. This is what it has come to. The insurance coomany runs it all and the hipacratic oath means nothing and this doc office is alright with that. To the point where the manager tells the patient shoveoff... Nice .... not patient care behavior at all.. shame on you!

They have a big sign out that says Walk Ins are welcome. In fact, it is as big as the sign for Jay Care Medical Center. So when we get in at 4:04 pm, they tell us that they are a primary care outlet, and do not see walk ins. I mentioned what is on the sign, and they said, well that is for patients before 4 pm. Seems like false advertising.

Excellent medical facility with caring staff. The physicians take the time to get to know their patient and their health needs.

None
