I'm here to tell you how pleasant and professional the staff at Total MD have been with me. Absolutely thorough and amazing. Clean bathrooms and everything else just impeccable. Great job. Keep up the hard work, Dr. McQueeny and team.

This office is amazing! Everyone is upbeat and I love Amber and Dr. Murillo. Today I watched a patient coming out of the urgent care and 2 people from the urgent care took the time to go out to the patients car and help her safely transfer from a wheelchair into the passenger seat. It truly was wonderful to see such an act of kindness.

The staff at Total MD is amazing, but I have to give an extra-huge shout-out and a full standing ovation to Karen in scheduling! Her kindness, patience, and upbeat energy turn every interaction into a great experience. Karen goes above and beyond every single day, and she is truly a priceless asset to this facility. Thank you, Karen--you're a superstar!

Brianna on the urgent care side refused to treat me. She said she wasn't going to risk losing her license. I've had no problem with anybody else. The doctors are great, especially Dr. Murillo. If you get Brianna you should run as fast as you can.

6/16/2025- 5 Stars- My follow up appointment with Dr.Jon Campitelli was informative and extremely thorough! The check in is efficient and easy!!Friendly helpful staff at the reception area. I was called back to an examination room right on time! Tish his nurse is extremely thorough and professional and has a calming demeanor! Which is appreciated. Dr. reviewed my bloodwork results in depth and my prescriptions . Since my surgery from my broken wrist and my severe nerve damage -we needed to discuss my progress. He listened, truly cared and understood! Amazing to find Doctors who spend the time with you and really care!! I'm thankful for Dr. Campitelli and his staff! Updated and changed medications which I'm hoping helps with my recovery and pain! I'm grateful for the care they provide! Thank you! ------------------------------------- 12/20/24-update-Definitely 5 Star! My first Annual exam with Dr. Jose Murillo and it was extremely thorough.. definitely took the time to understand my health history. He also reviewed my lab results line by line.. instilled full confidence moving forward with my health care journey. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and supportive.. Very professional! I highly recommend this amazing Family Practice! ---------------------------------------------------- Since I moved here 5 years ago this location has been my primary care provider. My annual check up is due but first a full scale Bloodwork test and UTI test.. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the staff.. they were decked out in holiday wear.. wonderful to make you feel relaxed, festive and celebrate the season! Right on time for my appointment, Amber, the Medical Assistant called my name. I have severe anxiety and was nervous that Freddie wasn't doing my bloodwork.. watch out Freddie! Amber was amazing! Painless, efficient and very quick! Wow! I also threw her a loop about my UTI! She sprung into action! She spoke with the doctor and emailed quickly to make certain my UTI pain would be alleviated quickly.. she really cared and responded quickly! Definitely 5 Star! Yes, in the past, I've had a few phone, message call back issues that can be frustrating but truly be patient they care, respond and resolve! I highly recommend!
