The experience was excellent. The front desk staff is very kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was exceptional: very friendly, professional, and clear in her explanations. She took the time to explain everything in detail and also helped me schedule the new appointments as soon as possible. I rate the doctor's care 10 out of 10. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

I started off there with one endocrinologist, and he was so busy there wasn't time to actually talk or anything. It was just entering information and his assistant was very very rude to me. He dropped me and assigned me to Dr. Maxwell Horowitz. What a difference this man is amazing. His assistant is so kind. This man has unbelievable bedside manner and charisma and Interest in actually speaking to you and checking your feet and asking you questions and going over all of your diagnostics and your blood work. I've never been so happy with an endocrinologist before I recommend Dr. Maxwell Horowitz to anyone he's just such a great guy and a great doctor and I'm so glad that he's my endocrinologist. I feel very safe and very secure under his care so thank you thank you thank you, Dr. Horowitz.

Friendly and courteous staff. Smooth check in and transition right to your appointment. The first doctor's office I have been that my appointment time corresponds with the time I am seen. I normally check in 15 minutes before the time of my appointment and I am always seen on time. I love that I am reminded of my appointment at least 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. Thank you!!!!

Dr Horowitz is always timely and excellent attention to his patients. He is very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. I have been his patient for many years. He has always been on point with my treatment. His nurses Iitza and Tracy are also wonderful and his staff who have been along his side for years.

Clean and spacious waiting room. Great front desk staff. Carol the PA was amazing, I felt listened to, and seen. It was a great first visit with Carol. Carol asked questions and provided me a true comprehensive exam. I am confident in my care going forward. Check out was a breeze and again great staff. The lab is conveniently located in this office and the phlebotomists were all professional and kind. I see myself receiving my care at this facility for the long term.
