33 Year old Had a heart attack maybe 3 weeks ago , Appreciate everything everyone did to save my life. However I came back 11/9/25 for chest pain and jaw pain. Per the nurse, Pillai Narayn explained to them that he will NOT come and see because I never followed up with him after I was discharged the first the time. FYI I just moved to FL 2 Months ago I did not get approved for medicaid Which is the reason why I have not followed up. I am currently still trying to get approved for insurance. Now I understand If you don't want to see me at your facility because I don't have insurance but to be rude about not seeing me while I'm in the hospital when it's your rounds it's absolutely ridiculous and you have no sympathy for the patients. You seem to care more about the money side of it. Clearly

Dr. Pillia and his entire staff are awesome. Jennifer and Agata manage the office administration like true professionals. Marielle, along with the other 2 nurses (sorry, forgot their names) are excellent and extremely caring. Dr. Pillia kepted me informed during the entire process. And, his bedside manner was exceptional. Thank you

I just had the best experience at a doctor's office--something I don't say lightly. Dr. Narayn Pillai of Advanced Cardiovascular Consultants, LLC was exceptional, with a kind and welcomed bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. But what truly made this visit stand out was the incredible staff. Jennifer got me scheduled for an appointment the same day I called. Agata coordinated testing for the very next business morning. And Marielle seamlessly arranged a Teledoc call with Dr. Pillai to review the results that same day. Anyone who's navigated the healthcare system knows how rare this level of care and coordination is. A compassionate doctor is a gift--but a team that works in sympatico with both the doctor and the patient? Nearly unheard of. Finding an office that treats its clients as well as my team takes care of our clients is something I don't come across often--and I deeply appreciate it when I do. Truly grateful. Highly recommend.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I ever been to. I will never be go back to this place ever again. They have zero patient care , all they care about is money !

Great staff, super friendly. Absolutely love Dr. Pillai he sits down with you, he listens and shows that he generally cares.
