Good Samaritan Medical Center

Im a 52 year old male and I am currently a patient on the 3 south unit of the hospital off flager. I came in very sick and Im excited to share that the care at the 3 south unit is amazing. I would like to acknowledge two individual nurses for there level of care. The first is a day shift nurse named Wendy, from day one of my admittance to the unit she was so caring and attentive, always on top of my care with empathy and it has been a beautiful healing experience having Wendy as my nurse,a true "5" nurse and individual. The second nurse I would like to commend is pm shift nurse named Adrian Adrian was amazing in every way. Very polite and very thorough. He too like Wendy was also so caring and empathetic .If you have to go as a patient to 3 South. You will be in very caring and professional environment because of Wendy and Adrian Sincerely Charlie Fischer

I had my baby at Good Samaritan Medical Center on October 25, and I can't say enough about the amazing care I received from the entire Labor and Delivery team. Every nurse I encountered was kind, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nurse Shonda and Nurse Nilda on the night shift -- you both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Nurse Nilda was there to help me deliver my baby, and I'll never forget her calm, encouraging presence during that special moment. Also, thank you to Nurse Crystal on the day shift for her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. Every single nurse I had during my stay was truly exceptional -- I wish I could remember all their names, because they each made a difference. The entire team made my experience safe, positive, and filled with compassion. I'm so grateful for all of you!

I had an excellent experience at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Myla, Jasmine, Veronica, and Patlyn were absolutely wonderful. Each of them showed exceptional kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout my stay. Their caring approach made a difficult time so much easier, and I truly felt supported and well taken care of. Thank you all for making my stay a pleasant one! Your dedication means more than you know!

Fortunately or unfortunately this is my second visit to Good Samaritan medical center. Both times the experience has been good with a few minor hiccups here and there but that wouldn't be life without those hiccups. I would like to recognize the nurse I had on November 26th 2025. Her name is Brianna and she was exceptional. She showed a true care for her patient and I'm sure she's a valued employee. If I were still in the business as a hiring manager I would definitely want her on my team. Her customer service skills were second to none and I was fortunate to have her as one of my caregivers. Not sure what she's getting paid but she definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the staff at Good Samaritan hospital with a very special thank you to Brianna.

Very amazed and happy at the level of care my husband received from Good Samaritan and HSS for his back surgery. All the staff was so attentive and the facilities were immaculate. Shout out to the nursing staff on the 5th floor, Nayka, Corlene, and Amanda. There were others but we didn't write their names down. Everyone was great, thank you for an excellent experience all around.
