The front desk seems to never have learned manners. The nurse with red hair, nose piercing, and glasses acted like she didn't care about my wellness. People like this shouldn't work in a clinic. She got very mad over us just explaining the medicine we got wasn't working for my sinus infection. Probably won't ever come back to this facility unless you hire people who actually know how be polite at a front desk. If people from my job did this they'd get written up or fired for sure, very sad.

My mother has been a patient here for the last 8 months and this is by FAR the worst practice we have ever seen. She has had a standing prescription that is refilled every 30 days and she has had to call the doctor every month to remind them to send her prescription in. In the past with previous doctors the language has been such on the bottles that they didn't need this- we've asked them to make the change several times and they say they will and don't.
In addition to this, we have been calling the office EVERY DAY ALL DAY trying to get the prescription called in. We talked with the pharmacist who said they have also been trying to reach this office for a number of patients prescriptions and haven't been able to reach anyone in TWO WEEKS. That's TWO WEEKS that people have not had their prescriptions- apparently it's not just our pharmacist either- I've been listening to people come in with the same issue from other pharmacies. Come to find out it's because they're "learning a new system" which I suppose means they can't do their JOB in the meantime. We have been in person for the last two days in a row trying to get the prescription for my mother and they just keep putting us off. This is a medication she NEEDS. Dr.Powers should be looked into and the entire staff at this clinic should be fired. This is NOT ok. As of this review we're STILL waiting for the prescription because the Dr. is "very busy"- so are we but we had to take time out of our day to come down here in person to ask them to DO THEIR JOB.

I have always had good interactions with the staff. Doctors, PA's, ARNP's have been mice and knowledgeable for the most part. The bedside manner of one of the pulmonologists could use a bit of work but good staff overall.

I just had an MRI done at this location. It was in suite 106, and the lady working the desk was rude as ever! I was late, tried calling and no answer, then when I arrived to the building I had to circle the entire building to find which entrance to enter. So as I am checking in she decided to speak ill of me.. right in front of me! She was telling the guy (the actual person who did my MRI) about me being late and rolling her eyes, saying "we leave messages telling them to arrive 30 mins early, but as you can see, we know how that goes." So I continued my paperwork. Did my MRI and the guy was very pleasant and helpful. Then once I left, I heard her yelling why can't people be on time because another patient was late, so I said "Well, I certainly tried, I had a troubling morning and it took everything in me to get here." She has no idea what people are going through! Talk about the patients on your lunch break, not so everyone can hear you! I've been in management for over 16 years and this is not appropriate or acceptable! And she really needs to dye her roots! Okay, I shouldn't have went there, but if you're going to be bold enough to talk crap about your paying clients, at least do it while looking fabulous! Have a great Saturday!

The people are nice enough when you are able to finally schedule an appointment but they canceled my 1st appointment only days before and rescheduled for 2 weeks later, and you literally cannot get ahold of them by phone. I've called in the morning, mid-morning, after lunch, late afternoon....sat on hold for 43 mins to get hung up on. It's absolutely unacceptable that you can't reach your Dr's office and no one responds to the emails. Good luck if you actually want to talk to a person.
