AdventHealth Wesley Chapel

I just spent 3 days at advent Wesley chapel hospital in room 458 and I was so incredibly impressed with my treatment and the staff. My main nurse Sally was so incredibly wonderful and compassionate and did everything to make sure I had the best experience. Ruth was also amazing and I could tell she truly cares about her patients she made me feel so much better. I also had 2 other staff members ( one was pregnant and the other I believe was shadowing) and they were fabulous as well. I was so incredibly grateful for the care they gave me and everyone went above and beyond for me. Especially Sally who was my nurse the entire time. I have worked in healthcare as an administrator since 2007 and the treatment was the best I've ever had, even better than I've received at my own hospital. I was also so impressed the CMO came by to make sure I was being taken care of and that my care was going well. I have never seen a top administrator visit patients and it really meant a lot. The Chaplin was also excellent and I really appreciated him checking on me. Lastly, my doctor's were fabulous especially the urology nurse practitioner. Truly I couldn't have asked for a better experience and although Wesley chapel is far ( I'm in Trinity) it is worth the drive for the exceptional care and the compassionate staff. Thank you for being such an amazing hospital. You can tell how wonderful the organization is by your amazing staff.

I've been in and out of hospitals my entire life as my dad worked in one. This was one of the best experiences I've had. From Registration and the ER everyone was kind and welcoming. The nurse doing my IV was kind, the Dr. was kind, the radiologist was kind. Very professional, and efficient. For an ER visit the wait time was surprisingly not slow. Just a good experience for a bad situation. Would recommend.

I feel obligated to share my family's experience and how amazing AdventHealth has been. This is the cleanest hospital and medical facility I've ever stepped foot in. The staff and doctors have treated us like family, every single one of them, all the way down to the janitorial staff. They're not just friendly; you can genuinely tell they care. I've never been in a hospital where every time I ask for help, they respond immediately, with no excuses or delays, just action. The last two days have been some of the most mentally taxing of my life. My father unfortunately suffered a stroke, but this facility, along with its incredible doctors and nurses, has undoubtedly set him up for success. It's so hard to see my dad so weak and helpless after just days ago being one of the strongest men I know, even at 68, he can outwork me most days. Thankfully, we're now on the path to recovery. It will take time, but a near full recovery is absolutely within reach, and I don't think I'd feel that confident without the resources, compassion, and advocacy we've experienced here. If you or a loved one ever need hospitalization, there's no better place to be. It's worth the drive, it's worth the cost, whatever it may be. I can't come up with a single recommendation for improvement. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you AdventHealth

Everyone was so pleasant. I'd like to give a special shout out to Stephanie. Her passion shows and she made our daughter so comfortable, when she said she'd be back in 15 minutes, she was there with a smile and gentleness that was needed for our daughters first child. She also was pleasant to us family members as we experienced this beautiful moment.

Checked in for prostate reduction surgery and from registration at the front desk, through surgery, recovery, and same day discharge, the team at AdventHealth was amazing! Highly recommended.
