I'm a new patient at Sanitas Medical and after months of searching for a doctor, I can say this is the best place. From the front desk to the medical personell themselves all are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Dr. Morey and her team are great. They actually listens to your concerns and come up with a care plan that will best suite your concerns. I highly recommend if you need a primary care docoter this is the place.
The staff really takes care of you the right way. I am a sissy when it comes to any Dr. However with this clinic they take the extra time to assure you're comfortable. 10/10! Special shout out to Daphne and Shikira! You ladies are life savers!
My first visit was amazing. However it has been downhill since June. I have been waiting for a referral to a specialisr since June. All I get is run around or message to come back for see Doc.. what for. It is now October and still cannot get a simple referral to an orthopedic doctor . I completed an MRI and yet cannot see the specialist I need, beacuse I am asked to see a doc who cannot help me, just another way to bill my insurance while I am in pain and discomfort I will be reporting this inefficiency to my insurance.
I've been going to Dr Juan for many years and each time I visit, I am very impressed. Sanitas and the management have very high standards and it reflects in the attitudes of the staff from the front desk to the medical assistants to my primary care physician. They are professional and caring. All of my concerns and questions are always answered and I always leave the office feeling satisfied. If you are looking for an office staff that cares, I definitely recommend Sanitas in Wellington.
