Always a good experience with Dr Levin.he is excellent. Lakisha at the front desk is delightful.

I've been with Dr. Levin for several years and I don't have any complaints. He is very professional and we communicate very well. The staff is also very helpful and diligent addressing all tissues about coverage. I have used the patient portal for questions, concerns and refills and the response is quick.

Horrible communication. Not professional, not transparent. Requested annual visit (no copay) and was billed because they did not code as annual visit. I called them and they stated it was coded as something else because they don't do annual for 1st visit. I was not told that at all when scheduling for an annual. I also wasn't told of any copay which would've been an eye opener to catch that they did not code correctly. Their mistake and lack of transparency costs me and they are unwilling to rectify their mistake. Just horrible! A rip off! Not right to treat patients like this and not be truthful about how their visit is being coded.

Dr Levin runs a very efficient office. Email reminders before the appointment. Easy check-in and check-out process. Very little wait time. The nursing staff very thorough and friendly. Dr Levin treats you like family, light and friendly. Dr Levin then summarizes the lab results. He listens to your questions and answers very clearly in layman terms. Dr Levin explains as he is examining. He is always very positive. He is never in a rush. You receive an email summary shortly after your visit. You never feel like you're in a production line. Dr Levin is very caring and concerned about your health and well being.

Great Doctor! Dr. Levin is thorough and compassionate. The staff is friendly concerned and very helpful handling insurance issues and making sure that we get the most of Offices visits, my husband and I both use Dr. Levin. Dr. Levin understands the patients and shows true concern and great diagnosis. I'v been going to Dr. Levin for 20 plus years.
