We are beyond grateful for my daughter's OT, Ms. Brooke. She is truly amazing -- not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also has a gift for making my daughter feel comfortable, supported, and understood. My daughter absolutely LOVES Ms. Brooke and tells everyone about her! The care and attention she provides go far beyond therapy sessions -- she is helping my daughter gain the tools and confidence to get the most out of life. As a parent, I cannot thank her enough for her patience, expertise, and genuine compassion. We feel so lucky to have her on our team.

Physical Therapy is amazing! My daughter has had both Jenny's as physical therapists and they are so phenomenal. They are so patient and supportive. They make it fun for her. Can't say enough good things!!

This highly demanded facility has made appointment fulfillment difficult. HOWEVER, one of my 2 children has been seen and it was worth the wait! We saw Dr. Mauricio Ernesto Flores, MD. His nurse and entire team were fantastic. Upon entrance we were greeted with a warm beautiful smile from Nicola Tomlinson and her right hand Security Man John. The nurse and Dr. Were very caring and we did not feel rushed at all. The office is a team and works together. I wanted to be a patient there but I am to old, I am a parent. Its pediatric facility. I am happy to see children being in the best of hands. We were checked out by a very thorough Mr. Israel and Ms.Valeriya. Next appointments were booked, school notes ready and I wanted to hire them to work for me. I tell you a great experience. Looking forward to my older son's appointment. Be patient, it will be worth the wait.

All I said was good things about the facility. However, The doctors and staff in ENT are two faced. Also, I was in the hospital for six days and they had an attitude about it when I got back, but it's ok for their staff to call out 2-3 times a week Im not stupid, I know what goes on, I've worked in management before. I know what they go through day in and day out. I also don't know what I did wrong to not be there anymore.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Aiysha Balbosa and the entire team at Joe DiMaggio ENT. We brought my daughter in for an ENT consult, and the level of care and customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out, the staff was wonderful--incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Balbosa was warm and thorough, and she made both me and my daughter feel completely at ease. It's rare to find such a seamless and positive experience in today's healthcare, and we are so grateful for their excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Balbosa and this practice!
