Took my mom since she has AFib, doctor referred her to another doctor and was going to make the appointment and call me within the hour. They never called. I called them twice, only went to voicemail, left a message, one week later they never returned the call. I haven't experienced such an unprofessional office in a long time and will make sure my mother gets better care than that. I can always get in touch with a doctor's office but not this one.

Dr Duccio Baldari orderd unnecessary tests for my dad. My dad has no history of cardiac issues. He was sent to him for medical clearance for my dad's cancer surgery. His first visit was 5 minutes. He put the stethescope on his heart and then all these tests were scheduled. No explanation! This pushed back his surgery date, because he refuses to clear him without taking all these unnecessary tests. What is the clinical justification for this? Such a scam!

The staff will not give me or my primary care a copy of test results in my file. I cannot speak to anyone in their office on the phone or even leave a message for someone to call me back. When I had an appointment with the doctor I was given to a nurse who was very rude.

Staff is very helpful and responsive. My mom ran out of meds and they called me right back to help. Excellent staff and doctor.

Waiting period is absolutely ridiculous!!!
