Dr. Foucault is the first doctor I've dealt with for my heart issue that took the time to really explain to me what was going on with my heart. He did so in terms I could understand and I felt like he actually cared about me. He also made me feel much better about what was going on and that I wouldn't drop dead at any minute. I'd like to add that unlike other reviews I have never had a problem calling the office and talking to someone.
Pro-tip, if your trying to adjust an existing appointment for anyone trying to reschedule or cancel their appointments, DO NOT USE THE PROPER MENU ITEM "RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT". Instead call like your scheduling a new appointment and magically you talk with a live rep that's able to help... I can understand not wanting people to cancel appointments for lost business, but when you support line to 'make adjustments to existing appoinments' (existing clients) that's just greedy corporate practice. If I must use this facility again, I will keep in mind this strategy, and I highly recommend any patient /caretaker to remeber this too. My time is too valuable to keep playing goose chase
Regrettably any good medical work this office might do is canceled out by the fact that they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. After calling the office nine times in one day not once was I able to speak with a member of the office with a matter that could not wait till the next day. My 75-year-old mother was having a reaction to one of the medications she was given and could not herself communicate this was not an issue that could wait until the next day. With no other recourse I was forced to call 911 and have her taken to a hospital when the issue might have been resolved with an emergency office visit.
