Baptist Health Urgent Care Express | Wellington

I was visiting my daughter from out of state, and had a respiratory virus take a turn, needed to be seen but not quite ER level. My daughter took me to the outpatient clinic near her, and my experience was amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful, the security guard saw that I was struggling and brought me a bottle of water. Initial assessment was thorough and hassle free. NP came in and we chatted about a treatment plan. I had to have a shot, a lung xray, a breathing treatment and a bunch of meds added in. Instructions for home were clearly given, both verbally and written, meds were ordered and I was on my way. A very good experience being 1,800 miles from home and my own doctors. Thank you!

Great experience! My first time there, and everyone was great. The receptionist let me go home instead of waiting in the lobby, then called me when it was time to return. The nurse/MA Camila and Dr. Victor were both attentive, friendly, and helpful. I don't plan on getting sick again soon, but if I do I will definitely return to Baptist Health urgent care.

The online scheduling and check-in process is very helpful. Facility is very well maintained and clean. The attending dr. listened to my concerns, was personable, knowledgeable, diagnosed my illness, and provided a treatment plan. My reason for a four star rating is that after making my appointment online, I received a phone call from a non-medical professional (administrative staff stating "if you come in there isn't anything we can do for you"). This goes against HIPPA law. Had I followed her advice, I wouldn't have known I have Covid.

I had an excellent experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care. The staff was cheerful, courteous, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was efficient, and I was seen promptly with very little waiting time. As someone visiting from out of town without a regular physician, it was reassuring to find such a professional and caring team available when needed. I truly appreciate the quality of care and the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this facility.

Clean facility, very friendly staff (literally *everyone*, including the security officer), in and out quickly! Our pediatrician's office was closed, so we found ourselves here on a weekend. They were SO sweet to my kiddo, and they were very quick with what we needed to get done! I'll never go to a different urgent care EVER!
