Dr. Susan Murphy is the best. She takes time with every patient, she calls back personally when there are results to report OR to check on a patient's welfare. She is genuinely concerned for her patients and gets personally involved despite a very busy life and schedule. I heartily recommend her to any patient looking for the best in personalized GP care. I enjoy Dr Susan Murphy's combination of Professionalism and Caring. Her staff is warm and welcoming and set the tenor for every visit. I'm very healthy so don't see Dr Susan often but certainly value being part of her clientele and know she is there for me as we partner for my Optimal Health goals.

Dr. S. Murphy listens to her patients, never rushes through an exam and she cares deeply for them. She calls to follow up with her patients when needed. She calls to give them results of any and all tests that are done in a very timely manner. She is wonderful.

Love this doctor. She listens to patients and is very caring and thorough. My husband and I went through two other primary physicians before she moved here and Dr. Murphy is head and shoulders above both of them.

What a shame Clevland Clinic has put numbers instead of patient care. Dr Murphy always gave her patients the attention they deserved. My 2 * rating is for Cleveland Clinic and 5* for Dr Murphy. She will be sadly missed. The VA will welcome Dr Murphy
