I encourage everyone to get a checkup even if you are not having any symptoms. I was surprised to find out there were a few issues discovered during my visit that need further investigation. So glad I went for a checkup! Amanda Pressley MSN, APRN FNP-C is thorough, skilled and explains everything. Follow up is arranged and timely and you will be able to communicate through the patient portal with timely response. Office staff is kind and helpful and no long waits for an appointment or in the office to be seen. Five stars and happy to be a patient of Premier Cardiology.

Moved to Vero and changed my cardiologist to Premier. I started seeing Amanda the PA at the office. She is amazing, thorough, professional and very very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I and my partner are patients. Great practice

Dr. Vik is absolutely fabulous. He really cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to insure they get the best care possible. He spends all the time needed to insure that his patients understand their condition and treatments. He is very accessible in person or via email or text or zoom. When he is out, Amanda is a fantastic backup. I recommend Premier Cardiology unequivocally.

July 24, 2025 I would like to tell you about my experience with Dr. Vikranth Gongidi in his Concierge Cardiology Practice. Almost a year ago, I had a serious cardiac problem arise. I contacted one of my doctors, who advised me to contact Dr. Gongidi in his new practice. It was the best thing I ever did! I was seen the next day and after an explanation of the practice, my husband and I chose to join the concierge option. A-Fib took over my life and dictated that I needed the expertise of this wonderful, caring and thorough man. Dr. Gongidi arranged testing and procedures to correct and return my heart to a normal pattern. He listened intently to me and had thorough explanations for my cardiac issues. My appointments with him were never rushed or interrupted as he exercised his exceptional bedside manner. I trusted his ability, which returned my health to a level I thought would never happen.
