My husband wad a patient and was told he needed a pacemaker by Dr. Tee he didn't do any tests
My husband was reluctant to have the surgery but went ahead and did it. The date of the surgery was July 24,2024. Coming out of the surgery a nurse said there was something wrong
.Dr and the representative from. The pacemaker company said everything was fine. My husband was very sick from that day in fact he wasn't able to walk and sleep
He was very ill
When he went to Dr Tee finally saw him he told my husband was fine
After many calls and visits with pacemaker
Company they found out there was a wire hanging out. Second surgery was scheduled for November . After that surgery my husband still didn't feel good. The pacemaker company found there was a loose wire. Again. We decided enough was enough and went to another Dr that Dr said it is highly unlikely that this could happen
The staff is rude and they don't rely messages that is if they bother to answer the phone. They never call back

You cancelled an important appointment and your rude staff had the audacity to blame my client for cancelling. She waited weeks to get an ultrasound to see if there was still a blood clot in her leg. Tech said no clot. When she asked to speak to the doctor to see if she still needed to be on blood thinners she was told he is out of town. Really? You don't have a back up medical doctor on staff? You couldn't schedule a phone consult with the doctor? You told her the doctor would call her if there was anything to discuss. Well she has questions and rightfully so. Your team's dismissive attitude is the most unprofessional interaction I've ever seen with a medical practice. People rely on you for their health but this office is careless. No empathy. I'll be sure to tell people about the horrendous treatment my client received here. Do better!

I had an appointment with Dr. Tee for the end of July, due to a recent trip to the ER, I called to get in sooner. The receptionist said Dr. Tee was out of town, if I wanted, I could see the nurse practitioner, so I switched my appointment to be seen sooner. When I originally booked my appointment, they were booking a little over a month out. So, I have been waiting and actually called a couple of times to see if there were any cancelations to be seen sooner. Always told no! OK, I get it! No cancelations, so I waited.
I go for my appointment today July 18, 2024, first off, they have their window closed, it feels so unwelcoming, no pleasant receptionist to greet patients yet you can hear them chatting, sign your name on the sticker, my name and date of birth sat out for anyone to see for at least 10 minutes.
They finally open the window, call me up, gave me this form to sign!!! No words needed, just read enclosed photo. Wow!!! I have NEVER seen this type of behavior from any other doctor that I have ever seen.
After taking a copy of my license and insurance information, the receptionist stated that I owed $10.00 (TEN) dollars from a year and a half ago. I told her I paid it, she asked me to prove it. I can't prove it right then for crying out loud it was well over a year ago. So, I said, I can't be seen unless I pay 10 dollars again? The receptionist spoke with another girl in the office and ended up saying no, I can NOT be seen unless I pay 10 dollars.
Are you that hard up for money Dr. Tee?
I spoke with the office several times and NOT ONCE did anyone say, I have an unpaid balance.
My bp has been way out of control, the ER doctor told me to see a cardiologist soon and this is what I got!!!!!
It makes me so sick to think that money has become so much more important than human life!
Now, I have to find another cardiologist and I pray that I don't have another hypertension crisis before I do!
Dr. Tee you should be very ashamed of yourself!!!
You should reread your physicians oath!!!
I put a screenshot in this comment to make it easy for you!!!!
