Difficult to get through by phone. And when they do pick up, staff is often curt and disrespectful. Doctor is friendly enough but makes excuses for barely adequate care, e.g. it's the patient's fault that she hasn't ordered xrays in years after bypass surgery. Unimpressed.

Great doctor takes all the time you need with you to explain everything that might be going on. You can tell she cares more than most doctors in VERO Beach Been seeing her for I've 10 years no, the good doctor takes her time with you in the room talks over all the options that may be available to get you into a better place with your health. You never feel that she's talking down to you, I feel more like I'm talking to a family member who has nothing but the best interest of her front and center I think Vero Beach and anybody who has Dr Scridon as their cardiologist is in very very safe hands. I was hospitalized five years ago with a fib, and she was there every day to oversee what the hospital doctors are doing, and I could not thank her enough for the attention that she gave me and putting my mind at ease which at the time was a very stressful situation I don't think any of us want to think that there's something wrong with our heart but when you have a cardiologist who makes sense your fear and I believe that she does sense a lot of things and then she does everything in the world to make you feel better about the situation and then she explains everything is gonna be done to make you healthier and better and get you back to a normal life Without questions, she is one of the best.

Dr scridon is an excellent cardiologist. She is caring professional & time taking .She explains issues very clearly ,answers any and all concerns.

I can't speak for the doctors at this practice because I was unable to get past their unbelievably rude receptionist. First, in March, she declined to call when sent a referral because 'they didnt send records,' which was untrue. She then demanded, condescendingly, said paperwork my father's doctor had already sent. I finally badgered her into giving me an appointment by saying I'd make sure it was resent and was given one three months out, in July. I wrote it down along with all details. I called today to confirm the appointment in two days as I've heard nothing since and was informed, after being interrupted and put on hold twice, that it wasn't on her books. I was then informed he'd had an appointment in June which he didn't show up for (because he never had one for June, and they never called to confirm an appointment regardless) and because the referral had expired, I'd have to go back to his GP, at which point I got upset and told her someone on her side had screwed up. That was as far as I got because she then cut me off for the third time, and sent me to a voice-mail where I made sure to tell them how rude and unprofessional their staff person was. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based solely on her behavior and their failure to maintain and/or follow up on appointments. Hopefully the doctors are better. If you want to deal with rude, horrible treatment by the woman making your appointment. IF she decides to make it.
