Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital Rosner Family Health and Wellness Center

The receptionist down stairs on the first floor told my Mom that her appointment was not on the day that she initially came so she came for nothing they told her that her appointment wasn't until the next day which was at 4 PM with a totally different doctor who does not even work there , so I called on the next day to complain about it and the nice lady who I talked to on the phone said my Mom came on the right day and time that she was supposed to come in on so she rearranged for my Mom to come back the same day that I called her and I ask her do she see in the system that my Mon has an appointment at 4 PM with a certain Doctor, so she told me No . so basically the receptionist down stairs on the first floor are lying to some patients regarding there appointments and that's not cool at all.

From someone who spent 46 years in health care: Run from any attempts to make an appointment with Clevland Clinic. It is a nightmare. Made one as a new patient for a PCP which earliest was 9/11/2024. Was advised of a new physician who joined the group and could see me earlier and made an appointment for 2/19/2024. Received a call 2/13/2024 that I was cancelled with the new physician as he could not have that many "new patients" in the same day and could take a 3/16/2024 appointment with him. In the meantime, due to taking the 2/19/2024 appointment, I lost the option to receive cancellation notices and get in earlier with the physician I really wanted to see. Now looking for a non-Cleveland Clinic PCP with hopes to avoid this nightmare of an organization, if anyone has any suggestions!

Both myself and husband receive care here from two different specialty departments and have had superior experiences! (Rheumatogy and Orthopedics) I highly recommend them, some medical experiences are worth waiting a bit for appointments.

I can't think of a reason NOT to give today's visit here for lab work 5 Stars! "User Friendly" facility yet plenty of helpful staff for guidance. Having my blood drawn is never a fun time but at The Wellness Center it was quick painless and efficient! Thanks Much!

I have been treated so well by this company. Dr. OBERST has treated my care as if I were one of her close relatives. It's been amazing to feel so important. My prescriptions have changed and my body feels better. Her team is caring, consistent, & very professional. I'm so pleased.
